Throughout his 24-year career, Brad has held a variety of global technical and business group roles, including leadership positions in software development, technical program management, business operations, and data and analytic teams.

Brad is certified as a Leadership Coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and certified in Talent Development Assessments from the Hogan Group, Birkman International, and Team Coaching International. Brad received his MBA and Master’s in Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
