Kaye O’Kearny

Kaye’s background is in systems change. She started her career in business consulting and then spent 20 years in the high-tech industry in roles spanning business strategy, operations, human resources, user experience and corporate charitable giving.

In addition to leading multiple global organizations, Kaye worked with multiple C-Suite executives across multiple functions (R&D, Product Development, Technology Development, Product Design, Internal Start-Ups) to build and scale organizations, ranging in size from 1000 to 35000 across 60+ global sites.

Kaye’s broad professional and academic experiences have all centered around how to align strategy, people, and processes to create organizations that consistently achieve audacious goals and where people thrive. She believes deeply in the potential of every individual and the collective power of people, and that organizational and individual success must be symbiotic, not conflicting.

Kaye holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters in Near Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and is a New Ventures West Certified Coach. You can read more about her background at Kaye O’Kearny.
