Trigate Coaching’s partners spent decades at Intel, through some of the biggest technology shifts of the last thirty years. We led its Corporate Strategy Office, ran its New Business Incubator and built its leadership programs. Dr. Brandon Barnett
FOUNDER AND CEO
Brandon has more than three decades of leadership experience in disruption, transformation and growth. At Intel he was General Manager of the New Business Incubator, and he has held roles in corporate and business-unit strategy, M&A, market insights, innovation portfolio management and board communication. He pioneered applying complex systems theory to business strategy and was an early adopter of AI-driven market analysis. He has advised the White House, the World Economic Forum, Homeland Security panels and the Congressional Research Service, and his work has appeared in Fast Company, The Washington Post, GigaOm and The Venture Capital Journal. Brandon holds 19 patents, a PhD in applied physics from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the Oregon Executive MBA program and an ScB in engineering from Brown University. He is based in Portland, Oregon.
Bernhard Ries
MANAGING PARTNER
Bernhard has more than 30 years in technology across software engineering, product and brand marketing (including leading Intel Inside), business development and corporate strategy. He led Intel’s Corporate Strategy Office, reporting to the CEO and guiding a team of senior strategists. He has worked on three continents and pairs strong strategy with people development and leadership to make execution last. Bernhard is an ICF-accredited and Hudson Certified coach, a certified Birkman interpreter and Team Diagnostic Survey practitioner, and a recipient of the 2022 ICF PRISM award as part of Intel’s Executive Coaching team. He holds an MSc in computer science from the Technical University of Munich and is based in Mountain View, California.
Pam Kelley-Dockter
MANAGING PARTNER
Pam has more than 20 years in technology as a leadership coach, learning and development consultant, people manager and HR practitioner, specializing in executive development and career advancement. At Intel she created the Women’s Leadership Academy, a global program for senior leaders whose participants see higher promotion and retention rates, and launched the Authentic Leadership Presence Workshop. Pam is an ICF-accredited Whole Person Certified Coach, a Trauma-Informed Certified Coach and a certified Birkman interpreter. She holds an MBA and a BA in political science from the University of Washington and is based in Portland, Oregon.
